I don't really get P2P. It seems like you are risking the lot to get a little bit of extra interest. I would put it into something like VLS60 where you are likely to get more than P2P and if it all goes pear shaped you wouldn't lose the lot. For my cash I want 100% safety.

I don't "get" a lot of things that people "lose" money on!!!  Or is that "waste"! 😉

We all follow our own path, at the end of the day, but like I said in my opening post "subscribe now to watch us crash and burn"!!! 😎
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."

We have avoided P2P too but will be interested to  see how you get on. Pain about the missing puzzle pieces.  How frustrating.

It's mildly annoying.  (I still enjoyed doing it.)

More so that I can't, in good conscience, either re-donate it, or sell it on.

I'll probably list it as "free to a good home" and hope that someone else won't be bothered either.

If not, it'll just end up in the appropriate bin☹️

I've heard that it's okay to re-donate jigsaws to charity shops it if you put a sticker or note on it saying that a piece is missing.
