But PPC's love sharing information..... when they win!
Most of them freely quote the "Beavis Case", twisting, scamming, disgusting, Muppets!0 -

Be careful Trev, The information is strictly confidential and commercially sensitive.0 -
I can't understand how it is possible to obtain a Court Transcript yet the dialogue between the appellant and the PPC contain information so sensitive that it cannot be published in the public domain. Sooner that IAS and POPLA are confined to history the better.

Crazy yes, but I think it's been established that OPS are completely off their trolley0 -
Such a statement should be reported to the BPA. It really does attempt to circumvent your legal rights.0

Was it not OPS that copped that copped a massive fine/costs some years ago? Also, ISTR them getting into a pickle at Apex Plaza, Reading, when they kept ticketing people for turning round. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Indeed. I would also escalate to the DVLA and (as The Deep rightly suggests) your MP.
The more evidence the BPA isn't fit for purpose the better.0 -
sigh
ROXBURGHE (UK) LIMITED a company that lost there licence and was also banned from practising , guess who https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/03137269/officers
https://www.fca.org.uk/news/statements/fca-reaches-agreement-hfo-services-limited-roxburghe-uk-limited-and-hfo-capital
http://www.roxburghe-uk-ltd.dpcregistry.co.uk/
On the 5th February 2014 the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) issued, in a press release, that they would not be renewing the Consumer Credit Licence of Roxburghe UK Ltd. In addition, they have expelled Alasdair Turnbull, who represents and part-owns HFO Services, from the Law Society's group licence. This is something which is totally without precedent and marks the extent to which Turnbull and Roxburghe UK Ltd have been found in breach of consumer laws.
and the BPA allow him to be a director?0 -
how strange companies house for the BPA shows osner as only being a director of one company , the BPA
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/officers/cGLro-IcTtAn2dORaPJQccrBWDc/appointments
but if you search again , he is also a director of zzps https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07846404/officers
I suspect he has been uneconomical with the truth when filling forms in , it would look rather bad if he was PUBLICLY listed as a director of the BPA and zzps0
