So basically tell them to swivel!
I did, more politely than I could have:
"There is nothing that says a POPLA appeal should not contain appeal points raised in an initial appeal to the operator and Civil Enforcement is being disingenuous by suggesting that this is an attempt to "subvert" the appeal process. Both Civil Enforcement and POPLA are well aware of the reputation of this industry and that appeals to operators are almost certain to be rejected regardless of their content."Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:

VCS seem to be resurrecting old claims from 2015. They must have thought initially that these claims were not worth taking to court. Their consolidated debtor figure (VCS and Excel) is over £5 million. Good luck with that. Well at least they have my £3.00.

I will likely raise this in my direct correspondence to the Operator.
Coincidentally, I’m a Data Privacy professional, holding a regulated role related to GDPR compliance at a large UK based organisation.
Most of the supervisory authorities I deal with on a weekly basis. Will bring this abuse of PII up by PPC’s in the next discussion I have with the ICO. In passing.0 -
If it was me I would post it up then email the parking company and tell them I had done that0

Not a stranger to court it would appear...
“[Text removed by Forum Team], was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £517.15 costs, after being found guilty of being the director of a company known by the prohibited name Assured Security Guarding between May 7, 2014, and September 9, 2016, while subject to the Insolvency Act 1986.”

The bottom line is that these dodgy companies choose to be scammers including the dodgy legals. They can only expect bad publicity and unless they can prove they are not scammers, which they can't, it is open season and right now we seem to be giving them some stick.
Take the BWLegal/Gladstones/others £60 scam, our job is to expose this ABUSE OF PROCESS to every court and the time will come that they will stop the £60 rubbish
After all, the £60 is extra profit and nothing else
One Parking Solution Ltd are just living in the clouds with their threats .... so bring it on and if they think the ICO is the answer, it may well bring this scam to a head.0 -
This also may back fire as people receiving such letters may google MSE and fall across this site where otherwise they wouldn’t I Am Charlie0

It’s a smallesh car park in Worthing, not sure about the owners.
You can find out who owns the land by asking the local council (FOC), or on the Land Registry website for a small fee.

Thankfully none of the above is covered by the OP's quote from the scammers. Imagine the trouble the OP would be in if they were to publish the truth like you have …:D:rotfl:

A company attempting to circumvent your right to legal opinion? That's what that statement says. You can't show what they have put to anyone, including a solicitor.
Trading Standards may show a bit of interest in that!0
