Then what does this mean?......he went to my interview, came back and found a PCN on my window.
Sorry to appear critical, but you are dealing with people who are after your money, and the easier you make it, the harder they will persist.
Hopefully that should be good.
Can you PM me btw. Need to send you something please.

Sorry, please post anything you wish to say on the thread.
Your opening post now says the driver appealed.
Surely that's not right?0 -
Yes. Surely it was the keeper that appealed.
See... you've done it again... in post #25.
Please stop making posts that identify the driver.0 -
No. The Registered Keeper may well be a Lease Company, but the keeper as defined in the Protection of Freedoms Act is the day to day keeper.
I am going to stop replying on this thread until you understand the differences. It's all detailed in the NEWBIES thread.0 -

I didnt realize there was a difference in keeper/registered keeper. Thought they were the same.0 -
Ive read through the newbie section and it seems as though the keeper will need to use the POFA to win the appeal?.
Is there anything specific the keeper should know around the POFA to win the appeal as upon reading around this, i cannot seem to find anything.0
