Ok, now remove all information from all your posts that identify the driver. The parking companies look at this forum and may attempt to use your thread against you should the matter proceed to court.

    More needed - lad.

Any sentence containing the pronoun 'I' needs very close attention. The purpose of the exercise is that nothing in what you write identifies the driver. Your second sentence in your opening post blows your legs off!

Excel are noted for scouring the forum and copying threads that incriminate the driver. Lamilad's epic case with them is proof indeed. (Another 'lad'! :D)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Then I'm sorry to say, you need to try again.

For example, the first substantive sentence in your opening post would be better written as:
The driver parked on a private car park and went for an interview.

I've just read your inital post again...

What did you say in the appeal? Have you already identified the driver? The PPC responded to your appeal with:
We note your comments that you paid for parking via the telephone pay sign opposite, however, we must advise that this is not valid for the area you parked in
