But give them and DoYouSpain time to respond.
Update 29/7:
I am stuck with my claim. Let me explain the incident again.
•I handed the car and they found a scratch ( I have insurance)
• 3 days later I received the final bill, 2 charges, the scratch 220€ and the km 64.40€
• 1 day later they charged me 289.55€ (doesn’t match with the invoice)
•I claimed my insurance (220€) one week later but they couldn’t accept my claim because the invoice doesn’t match with the charge.
•Last week I could get my client code and I made two claims, fuel £56.69 and the km 64.40€.
•Tonight Interrent has answered my claims. They has refunded the scratch (220€) for the inconvenience (my contract was unlimited km) but they are refusing to give me the rest, could I use s75 claim now?
Thanks0 -

What is their reason for refusing to refund the fuel charge? Did you send them a picture of the entry for the fuel payment on your CC?
All of the correspondence will help your S75 claim.0 -

Hahahaha, Interrent says the charge is for:
•upgrade 55€
•premium office: 10€
I booked a polo but they gave me a golf, I didn’t ask for an upgrade, they never told me I was upgrading ( I thought the polo wasn’t available), they told me I was paying the fuel.
• Premium office? My contract says 8% of the booking + any extras + fuel about 5.4€
What can I do now? I know I can claim the extra mileage and the premium office but what about the upgrade?
Thanks.0 -

Premium Office is an airport office fee. Check your hire agreement to see if you initialed against anything that you didn't understand.....you may have unknowingly been upsold an upgrade.
At the end of the day, companies like this need to take extra off some customers to make up for their unsustainable headline prices. They chose you on this occasion.0 -

Cheeky....
I don't remember the procedure for upgrades. But I usually get paperwork at the beginning and request a final invoice the end of the rental.
Do you have any paperwork, received during the rental, that indicates(or omits) these charges?0 -

Last Thursday I upgraded my rental car and they gave me a new contract and the final invoice, however Interrent/goldcar didn’t give me anything, the guy told me you’re paying the fuel now ( I asked him is it a full/full policy? and he said yes), I didn’t need an upgrade, I chose the cheapest car. After paying the fuel, he told me now I’m charging you the deposit (1500€). He never mentioned the word upgrade. Anyway I’m pretty sure I selected euros (65€) but I don’t know why the charge is in pounds.
If you didn't sign for it, dispute it.0 -
