I got a Huawei mobile phone from the o2 shop as an upgrade, but i hate it, it is useless on battery,i am having to charge it twice a day, i took one back with the same problem as i thought it was faulty,
This one is just the same,i asked if i could have a better one and willing to pay more for it,
I was told no,i would have to have the same model,

I have rung consumer protection today who say i should ask for a refund as the phone isn't fit for purpose
It is just ridiculous that i have to charge twice a day,i don' think i was believed at the shop
I only got it in May, i got a sim deal with it/£18 a month for sim and just over £3 for the phone

Has anyone had the same experience with this phone? or any advice please, thanks in

    Which model ?

Did you do research into what phone to get ?

I wonder if you have an app that's draining your battery.

I am used to Samsungs, and i really went into the shop for advice , as it wasn't always getting messages through, but the screen was cracked, i was persuaded to buy this, and as my son has one, but a more expensive model and he likes his, so i thought it might be a good idea
I charged my old samsung to test the battery, and fair enough i wasn't using it, but there was still a good charge on it, and lft it on continuasly
