    Thanks but it doesn't help.

No claim number, and it's not a scan of the actual Order. Therefore, it's just hearsay even though we know it exists. Please scan or photo the order so that people can actually print it off as a piece of evidence, it will really help!

Unless you are on a phone you can certainly 'save as' PDF (or a Jpeg) when saving the image/photo or scan, in Dropbox or Imgur.

Toddygirl I hope you are still subscribed to this thread - your case would be very helpful to the Newcastle Airport claims.
Are you still able to share your reference number and upload a copy of the order ?
Another option for iOS and Android is the free app CamScanner- it acts like a scanner/photocopier giving better copy quality than a photo- you can crop images and convert to pdf or jpg.
    Hope that helps.

Perhaps we should advise everyone to opt for a Southampton/IOW hearing.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • I was actually about to ask about that idea. I am 4+ hours away from Southampton, but I wondered if it's worth it just to kiss DJ Grand :D. In seriousness, surely you can't just ask for your case to be heard anywhere on a map based on past judgements, or can you? (I am not sure if we could actually travel that far, but as I will soon have 20+ claims, it might be worth considering having them rolled together, and then taken to Southampton :D

You have to have a very good reason for requesting a court further away than the one local to you. 'I want DJ Grand to preside over my case' is unlikely to succeed (neither will wishing to kiss his butt! :))
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Did Toddygirl ever share the claim number, and the reference number and upload a copy of the order? It would be great to use this as part of my defence??

As she has never even visited the forum since 06/07/19, I'm sure you can draw your own conclusion.

Often volunteer regulars give so much of their own time to help complete strangers, yet are totally disregarded in terms of feedback on their advice, that it makes many of us question why we ever bothered to help in the first place.
