you can still request it be heard "on papers" at IoW anyway, in order to do this you write to the court some 10 days before or so and inform them you wont be attending and ask for it to be heard "on papers" (to arrive at court at least 1 week before)

this is nowhere near as good as turning up in person on the day, but it is an option open to you to consider (even though we would not recommend it)

Just to let you know that the Claim has been struck out by IW Court as an abuse of process (re Parking Eye v Beavis) knowingly inflated claim for an additional sum which it is not entitled to recover.

Thank you all so much for your help.

Oooh, well done Toddygirl, was it DJ Grand who ordered that again?

IOW & Southampton are currently considered the BEST courts. You fell on your feet!

Please please please post a PDF copy of the Judge's Order, hosted in Dropbox or Imgur and leave it working permanently so people can use it to ask their Judges for the same!

Cover your name on the Order, but leave the claim no. and date visible, for us to quote, please. It will really help others if we collect these judgment/orders as evidence.

We can refer to you as Ms X, when we quote your claim no., is that OK?

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST! :T

yaaay , another one bites the dust , well done !!!

good to see that they really do seem on a roll in that area plus it also shows that it is a good idea to add those words to any defence or WS where the fake fees have been added on, no matter which court is involved

They could, but since this has happened before and they have no grounds to appeal to the lovely Judge Grand (who was not erred) they won't.

You are safe and you won!

Please can we see that order so we can use it for the greater good?

If you can't post a working link yet, change the URL to hxxp instead of http.

I'm not sure how to post it. Can I just take a photo, convert to pdf and put on here?
