Go back to the Newbies thread and read it... again. ;)

There is no need to panic. You have plenty of time.
  • Honestly, I read it several times and I just can't understand where I go next! It's like my brain just stops working?! Lol I have some learning difficulties so it's alot harder to process all the information in it.

Is this just a debt collecting attempt (if so ignore it - see #4 in the FAQ)

(What happened over your last PCN you came here for help with?)

For starters ... YOU DO NOT OWE £!60, it's a fake scam charge added by BWLegal.

    CLASSED AS ABUSE OF PROCESS

Read this ...... a judge recently kicked out their fake claim citing ABUSE OF PROCESS

Just read it all and work through the thread in a linear fashion:

"Does this section apply to me?" If the answer is no, then move on to the next bit.
  • Thank you I will read that section.
This one? I worked on a TV show and we were on location. Security told me where I can park my car, and I needed up getting a ticket. I informed locations manager but he was taken I'll in hospital with a heart attack or stroke...cant remember, so my guess is it got left aside. Filming finished and lost contact with them all.

    No

The one you got after going to a gig and throwing the ticket at the enforcement officer!
  • Oh yeah, that wasn't my best move. Firstly I followed all the advice by you guys and gals(if there are any) I had a fake solicitor letter sent to me, reading things off here I realised it was a scare tactic as I did a little investigation with the info on the letter itself (phone number etc). Ignored it, that was ages ago. Not heard from them since. Waiting for that to bite me in the behind too now ahaha

The special GAL on here is infact Coupon-mad:)
  • Ok, I have read through and from what I have read and I just ignore it.
I'm anxious about the next letter to come through and from what I have read they actually take people to court, I don't know if I can deal with that. What if I ring them up and agree to pay a very very small amount back a month. I am on low income and live alone, I can't afford to pay a lump sum but if I offer like £5 a month, surely they can't refuse?
    TIA.
