As far as I'm aware, he has not received notification to attend the set aside.
I think people should read between the lines on this. BWL objected to the decision made by DJ Taylor.
DJ Taylor has had ample time to consider this and there is no doubt that other judges including the circuit judge have discussed this.
YET ... only the other day DJ Taylor ruled against VCS for another reason but also saying he would have ruled abuse of process anyway.

Oh dear! DRP web site seems to be down (and I've tried it on several different browsers)! Maybe it is under maintenance whilst the NWNF bit is taken out ......... or am I being TOO cynical?

I already have a screenshot and others should do the same
Scroll down to PCN Collection
We offer a ‘no collection, no fee service’, therefore our growth has been achieved by making successful collections, not by charging upfront fees.
Our fees can often be added to the outstanding Parking Charge rather than deducted from the outstanding amount, so you don’t lose out.0 -
He should be attending the hearing in any case0

The PPCs' arguments are blown out of the water if you cite that (well not you, as you already won!). And in addition, Defendants must use in evidence with their Witness Statements, the DRP webpage to prove that debt collection letters for private PCNs are done on a no collection, no fee basis.
Someone needs to save a screenshot of that page and embed it here please! In case they change it.
Here you go:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I thought you would have! The site appears to be working from your screen shot but it still has a large revolving wheel (replacement for the egg timer!) All I get when trying the web site is the large revolving wheel.
Yes that moving circle shows it is searching and from memory it is a picture file.
It still shows the DRP logo though and Umkomaas has now added it to the forum.
IF DRP decide to remove that page, it matters not0 -
Alternatively save a copy of their brochure which has all the NWNF info on page 4.Why choose Debt Recovery plus?
We offer a ‘No collection – No fee’ service to all of our clients, therefore our growth from 2009 to present has been funded by collecting debts. In many instances we can add our fees to the PCN meaning that we return the full debt value to you.

That's a good find.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
