Hiya everyone.I have just received a Letter Before Claim from CST Law concerning an unpaid parking notice I received some two years ago. I have had no contact whatssoever with any of the protagonists, but feel now is the time to reach out for help, as it seems its heading to court. CST Law are claiming £160, however, the original notice was for £100. My question is what do I do now? And is this Abuse of Process? Hope someone can help.0
