The Southampton order has been circulated to many other courts

May I ask how you know that. Surely it should be distributed to every court

Glad to hear it, who by?

I know that bargepole is attaching DJ Grand's order to all his defences now, from the outset. Do you mean that Judges have received it from another source? What source?

Further to my previous posts back in November regarding BW Legal and Southampton County Court, my partner recieved another letter from BWL again demanding payment, this time of £185 or they will again take her to court. This is despite it previously being slung out as an abuse of process amongst other reasons (length of time being another).

Whats the best way of dealing with this, as frankly im pig sick of these clowns now.

If it's the same ticket then keep quiet let them issue a claim against you and then major in on unreasonable behaviour

Same ticket, this time they have included photos of the car park signage etc. They "feel certain they will win in court" this time......as opposed to last time they got bounced out presumably. If it does go that far again, I will be going for a counter claim for my expenses I think.

Your costs/expenses should not be the subject of a counterclaim.

Please re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES thread about 'costs schedule' and 'counterclaim'.

Is this them trying to have a second bite of the cherry? That sounds rather naught to me. I would inform Trading Standards and the SRA

Isn't this a civil court form of double jeopardy?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
