Just gave them all my personal and EE account details. After about 3 days missed a call from them, so they emailed to say the refund had been processed0 -

I checked my EE account and there was a bit form the EE admin firm and furter down the page it showed me what i owed them and how to pay them.
I paid what they asked which was what i owed them for months as i left last August and the next day the balance was zero. The only thing was i did not get a bill from them as they owed me £40 odd and i did DD indemnity for £60 so thayt might be why there is no bill.0 -

I'm still waiting for a £70 refund which they said they would process 1 month ago.
What is a DD indemnity? I may go down that route (if it's not too late) as EE were debiting more than they agreed to anyhow.0 -
I have received a "final billing" from E Energy, which in the main was acceptable ,however £20 refund placed upon them by the Ombudsman was missing. All email/ letter requests have been ignored by Economy Energy and Grant Thornton. Not sure what my next step should be. Yes OVO and E Energy did "create meter readings but when challenged OVO agreed to compensate the cost difference. I have not received billing from OVO so I may have problems there too.0

A DD Indemnity? Presumably you are talking about the protection all Direct Debit payers are afforded and described under the terms of the Direct Debit Guarantee, a copy of which would have been furnished to you when you originally set up the mandate with the supplier.
I do think it is too late to complain now about any faults you uncovered presumably from last year or eralier (as Economy Energy ceased trading at the beginning of this year). Not least now, as you indicate that the final bill has now been produced and presumably not challenged by you.
If you are owed money, it will be Ovo that has to repay you (or have they added it as a credit to your energy account with them?).
Act quickly, as I was reading Ovo may be swamped with an extra 5.8 million customers joining them seem from SSE soon, adding to their current 1.5 million customers :eek:0 -
I logged in to my EE account yesterday. On the main page still said TBC blah blah but clicked on the Bills and Payments page and there was my electricity bill, dated 30 July, its there or there abouts.
No gas bill yet but OVO have finally invoiced me for the gas, hopefully they have agreed the opening reading with EE. So EE can now produce my gas final bill. THEN pass on the £500 odd credit balance I'm due

£500 credit balance?
Surely some mistake ... or Economy Energy were far from what their name suggested if you really were overpaying by that amount.0
