3.       Further to this, I provide evidence, in the form of photographs taken by myself on 14 August 2020 Reference SWAN_00n showing the payment terminal in situ,  This again, clearly shows that it is a different terminal to the one pictured in the claimants evidence bundle page 17. I believe this demonstrates that the signatory of the claimants witness statement is relying on information supplied or instructed by others or on what he observed from the documents. They are He is not in a position to say that these things are known or that they are true.

Any help or suggestions gratefully received. (please ignore the para numbers)

A few suggestions for you.  I have shown the words "pages" and "paragraphs" in full so as to not confuse the judge as they both start with "p".  I have added a reference number to your photo of 14th August so that the judge can easily locate it in your bundle - change the reference to whatever system you have used.

Regarding truncations ... pg is recognised to represent page, and para likewise for paragraph.

Although I doubt this makes any difference now .. not sure why you needed to email your WS/SWS at 11.30pm though.

Morning all. Sitting here waiting for my remote hearing. 
I am yet to receive an email from the court to start proceedings.
I then got a phone call from the advocate for the claimant to ask if I had received an email and that he hadn't. We agreed to let the other know when an email was received. All very cordial.
He told me about a website, Courtserve, that lists all the hearings set for today and that he had checked it and our hearing is not listed. I have also checked this and he is correct.
I have tried calling the court, no answer I have emailed the court, no response yet.
Any advice?

Ring the court again, put it on speaker, and go about your business until they answer. You seem to have done everything else possible.

Email came through with 3 minutes warning just before midday. Judgment has just been made.
I won.

Can you please give us as detailed a court report as you can? DId you get any costs? Whcih judge and claim no? What point(s) did you win on?
