They are just doing the same as Lloyd’s, Halifax, BOS by moving to easy access account which makes it easier to make first payment to a new regular saver"Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0

That's OK as those accounts are online, Virgin's isn't. And at the moment there is no Virgin RS to move it to (if you do them all). You just want your money out - tomorrow!1

I have a postal fixed rate Virgin Bond maturing 1st May 2020 I contacted them by secure message as I have an online account informing them that I was in a vulnerable group not allowed outside by order of the government. I received a telephone call from them and after going through security and questions about the account they agreed to move the matured funds to an online account I have with them. After I received an email telling me I had a secure message -which confirmed the phone call agreement."Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"1

For the first time ever I've been the first (09.30 for me) to report the arrival of Virgin RS maturity funds or the announcement of a new Virgin RS. One more off the bucket list!
(had to do it in the main RS thread though as I've still not got used to this shiny new MSE which I don't particularly like)1 -

When/how did you give instructions to Virgin?
I posted mine 22nd, nothing received. Husband posted his 2 days ago and his has landed this morning.0 -
FCP using one of their franked envelopes at a PO thinking that may be better than the nearest post box in a wall. On the 22nd.
