Thank you everyone, I've got a real bee in my bonnet about the debt at the moment, utterly sick of it hanging around!

I've sent £20 to the T3sco CC today and increased the monthly payment from £30 to £50 from next month as that's the big one that needs to be chipped away at in the background while I target the smaller debts on a daily basis.

Happy to report that DH's new office chair worked a treat for him yesterday, it's a decent chair to be fair and fits in well with the decor of the room too, unfortunately he's office based for the rest of the week so he won't get much chance to us it this week.

Day off today but DS1 was feeling (and looking) unwell first thing, he was nauseous every time he stood up. Now I'm usually a 'have some Ca!pol and we'll see how you get on at school' type of Mum but I was concerned enough to keep him off. I should have trusted my instincts because by 11am it was clear he wasn't ill! As a result, he was given a number of chores to complete and also caught up on his homework 😂

One of his chores was to help me with a tip run with a few items that are no longer fit for purpose or donation so that's a few more items decluttered.

    Today's PAD: £2 to M&S CC, £20 to T3sco CC

    Debt total now £4673 (M&S CC £198)

Quick check in for daily accountability.

Money wins today have been nabbing a few surveys on Pro!fic for the first time in a while and cashing out £10.20, also took Mum for shopping and added a couple of bits to her trolley that she refused to take money for so £10 of 'free' groceries there, bless her.

As a result, that's added £20 to the daily PAD for the CC.

Also done an online shop for groceries with A$da, £100 and remembered to use Jam Donut so £2 cashback earned there, can't cash out until it reaches £10 but should build up nicely.

    Today's PAD: £22 to M&S CC

    Debt total now £4651 (M&S CC £176)

  • At this rate, your M&S card will be virtually paid off my pay day ☺️

Do you rate prolif!c and jam donut? I’ve seen them mentioned around but haven’t looked into them. There’s also something called spr!ve I keep seeing, looks a bit confusing but seems to do cash back on your spending that goes to mortgage overpayments 🤔

Oh @ohdearhowdidthathappen I'm desperate to just pay the card off out of savings but I'm trying to actually stick with a debt pay off plan I've come up with as I'm a nightmare for changing my mind about what I'm doing so I'm trying to remain disciplined 😆

I've been on Pro!ific for a few years now, I dip in and out of it but at the moment, some are quick 2/3 questions for pennies but they have a lot of AI related surveys which pay out around $5 for 15 minutes, they get snapped up quickly but can really boost earnings if you grab a few. I tend to leave a tab open if I'm on my laptop so I can see when the surveys pop up. This is my history on there, quite an eye opener!

I used Jam D0nut a lot last year on my normal grocery shopping and earned £140, the cash back they offer varies but hey it's free money. It's easy to purchase the vouchers, and have done so for either online or instore shops, if instore I tend to screen shot the voucher as wifi can be a bit iffy in some of the stores near me.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to offer a referral code on here but I do have one for JD where we both receive 500 points (£5) once you've made a purchase so give me a shout if interested.

I looked at spr!ve and it looks great but my mortgage lender isn't on their list so I can't benefit from using them unfortunately.

Day off today and had to stay home this due to our annual boiler service needing done. All went smoothly. The grocery delivery also arrived so that's us stocked up again.

Took the opportunity to build the hanging rail I bought last week and have listed 30 items on V!nted 🙌

Have got a pile of other bits ironed so they look presentable for listing but I've ran out of motivation 😂 Pleased to have made a start though, all low value items but have put bundle discounts on so hopefully I'll get rid of a few bits.

Time for coffee and late lunch before heading out at 3 to pick up the boys, I'm expecting a pair of grumps as they stayed up late to watch England v Croatia last night, they were both fast asleep by 1030 but struggled to get up this morning.

DS2 has club tonight and then I'm meeting a friend for a catch up so not a bad day off at all.

I surprised myself to be honest, managed to get into a rhythm and copied and pasted my descriptions and just tweaked where needed.

My knees and back are paying the price - note to self don't sit on the floor to do listings 😂

    Hello Friday

It's as wet, windy and dark as a November day here in the "proper north" absolutely miserable weather, on the plus side I've been in the office all day and managed to avoid most of it 😄

Apparently the yellow orb will make an appearance in northern skies tomorrow 🤞

Sold another V!nted item overnight so sent that this morning, a few items have been favourited but no additional sales today. I will say the 4 items sold will only generate £11.50 but that will have a decent impact on the M&S balance plus more items out of the house.

It was my turn for cake/biscuit run in the office so £6 of personal spends went on those, the sugar rush was much appreciated by my colleagues who spend a chunk of their day outdoors.

DH has a gig tonight so the boys have been granted a bit of extra tech time to play online with their while I run a bath which I'll be stepping into shortly.

Hit the £10 payout on Snapmy3ats so that's another Big River voucher set aside for December, up to £75 now.
