Nice house - I really can't see much wrong with it and it seems to be to a good standard!

The decor is fine (only reservation is the tiling in the bathroom), and the only things I can potentially see wrong with it is the lounge appears to be quite small, with only one window and no door direct to the kitchen.

The price may be considered quite high (although I can't confirm as I don't know the area). As an example, this sold for the same price and appears to offer more room, a garage and a slightly larger garden: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-81606101.html

What would put me off, only one bathroom with four bedrooms, and the lack of built in wardrobes in the bedrooms.

What is picture 3? It comes before the living room picture and at first, I thought it was the living room.
Why are the two sofas and the bed moved right into the corners of the rooms?

Looking at the other sales locally - I would suggest its about 30k overpriced.

would also agree one bathroom would put me off too

Wow, I was looking to buy in this area and actually looked at your house! :D

It's a beautiful house, ready to move into and very well decorated. Having spent a fair bit of time viewing houses in Simmondley and Glossop, I just feel it's overpriced for what it is. I totally understand not wanting to drop the price further but the market in Glossop is moving quite fast at the moment with houses going quickly when they're well priced. I'd assume the price has something to do with why yours hasn't shifted.

I'm a little stumped over the 2 rooms with sofas in and then I realised that one of the rooms is listed as a dining room.

I wonder if it might create a little more illusion of space if you put a table and chairs in there and perhaps moved the sofa to the kitchen/diner bit.

I know the trend is to eat in the kitchen but it just seems that in this house its a bit top heavy in places to sit.....and then when you go into the kitchen you have the dining table and a breakfast bar and stools too....

    Define the 2 rooms...

One other point (which may be totally personal to me )but have you thought about leaving your big fridge freezer?
The details say space for and I am automatically thinking as a potential purchaser that that space could cost me almost £1000 to fill.

Not knowing the area at all means I cant comment on price but clearly Katie above who was in the market to buy, clearly thought price could be an issue.

    House is lovely.
    Few points;
    1. Patio open inwards???
    2. Decking balustrade dangerous for kids, did I hear family home?
    3. Garden has too much, more adult friendly than child friendly! Maybe your kids have grown, clear out garden to make it more attractive?
