    Yes I do intend to go. There’s no date for me to respond by mentioned. I’m afraid at the moment it’s just me going I think. With all respect this is Not my line of expertise. I’m just a humble plasterer !!! Trying to defend what I view as an outrageous charge for an 11 minute overstay

    But surely, the hearing is about the previous case being struck out for abuse of process ?

    Why? Surely this hearing for Bw legal to have an order set aside that could potentially impact on every one of their previous cases being made available to you is helpful?
