Hi Coupon-mad, can I ask, is the above wording the most up to date? I am preparing my defence and wanted to include it? I read somewhere there may have been an update. If so, can you point me in the right direction?
Thanks0 -

Which 'wording' are you referring to? If it's the 'Abuse of Process' wording, any updates will be in beamerguy's Abuse of Process thread, and contained there within post #14 by Coupon-mad.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Great thread. Sorry but I just want to clarify as I am not sure on this...
Post 14 of AoP thread with CM's beautiful wording entitled "Supplementary WS" (or defence) - I am post defence stage, now have to submit WS very urgently.
Can someone please confirm which of the following options is the correct one:
1. Add a SECOND witness statement with Abuse of Process wording, so two WS docs.
or
2. APPEND my WS with the AoP wording, so only one WS doc.

Oh. ok thanks! I was concerned that a second WS from the same person/name would be disallowed or against protocol etc. I will append my WS with it, just fearful of it being too long. But the AoP wording is too important to worry about a Judge skipping it.Combatting the pandemic of BWLegal-19, one 'notice of discontinuance' at a time. :-)0

Transcript now available - please use this for all PPC cases (except PARKINGEYE as they don't add the false costs in question) even if you just append to your defence or witness statement, the last 6 pages (the judgment itself):
