    Those who were following this post, I accepted an offer on Thursday for 86k. Not bad at all. We re dressed the house (other than the living room as we've nowhere to store the massive sofa) and a lady came and loved the place. Great, because we love it too, but need to move closer to family. Just hope everything is plain sailing and quick from here on :)

    Well done.

    Fair play to you for realising it was initially overpriced and accepting it wasn't worth as much as you first thought.

    My area seems to be full of stubborn, greedy, deluded vendors or time wasting kite flyers who don't really want to sell... resulting in the majority properties just left sat languishing on the market for many, many months if not years without a hint of a reduction.

    Shocking, that`s what record low interest rates will do though, hopefully JC will build millions of affordable houses and they will never find a buyer.
