    What a waste of effort.

    Clearly the OP is not bothering to read the guidance given.

    If the Acknowledgment of Service hasn't been filed, as I suspect, then a Default Judgment will appear any day now.

    Well has the Acknowledgment of Service been filed or not?

    If so, please confirm when that happened.

    If not, you would be best advised to do that today - now.

    if you have failed to follow the correct process, then you deserve to be criticised after all the help you have been given already
