STARLING BANK - WORST BANK EVER
watchdog
panorama
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing you to investigate the atrocities of Starling Bank.
On the 23rd of April, I received a message from the online app from Starling Bank that £347,000 was received by the bank for my business account. Before they could credit my account, they required further documentation from me as to reasons why I was sent this small amount. I provided all documents requested of me on two seperate occasions and to date, the Useless bank have not credited my account.
Two weeks ago, when there was No response from Starling Bank, I requested that they send the funds back to the sender, as I was not able to meet the contractual obligations relating to the contract between my company and the sender’s company. The sender has also asked his bank to recall the funds.
To date, Staling bank has blatantly refused to credit my account, have given no reason as to why they have not credited my account, give a pathetic response that my account is under review, have refused to send the funds back to the sender, have refused to respond to the recall from the sending bank and refuse to indicate when they will revert back to me with a positive response.
Having conducted searches on complaints regarding Starling Bank via Google, it is quite apparent that this bank and its customer services stink, and most certainly should have their banking licence revoked with immediate effect. They have no regard and treat customers with contempt and disgust. They accept funds into accounts and then block accounts from withdrawing.
Quite clearly, the worst new bank to date in years. They need to be investigated thoroughly and shut down, before they continue to STEAL thousands of pounds from customers.
One cannot simply understand how a bank in this day and age receives funds for one of their customers, refuses to credit their account and to make matters worst keeps hold of the money, or should one say, uses the money for themselves. That tantamounts to day like robbery in the first degree.

As pointed out by other members of the forum, it appears that you have not considered several details on your requirements the bank should do. Also a logical fallacy of "appeal to emotion" can be seen in several of your sentences.
This is just a critique, do not take it personally.

P.S. Sorry, can not post links.
