HOW I do I get off Sky Broadband

I've looked through my SKY online account details and there is nothing to help me cut off my broadband package with them.


I have signed up to a new deal with another provider and would think it would be easy to go online to my account and confirm my decision.

its seems a shocking travesty of their duty as a company to make it so difficult to do it online.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Also can ADMINS flag upto Martin this charlatan practice.

I use that strong term because we know why they do it to put the consumer on the backfoot.
