Thanks vanilla,I didn't even include everything I probably should have this time, I was in a rush as we were mid moving when the forms came through. I was expecting a fight when someone said they were changing the rules etc especially after the last twice, being told your child needs constant supervision & care, then that once they go outside they don't so no lower rate mobility, stupid people, they must think when you go outside you have a magic wand waved over them. I wasn't fighting for the higher rate as I don't believe he would qualify but you can't say a child needs extra care at home then fine once they are out. It's worse. Maybe after the last 2 fights with them they've looked and thought 'oh no not her again just say ok' :rotfl: because I did give them quite a bit of grief.

Hope you get the bank issue sorted ASAP, get onto them as soon as possible and see what has happened. Probably need to get it stopped aswell but I am sure the bank will advise you of that.

Oh joy DP needs me to watch things on ebay that finish soon, he says he's buying it to sell some of it on but has said that many times, hence he's got about 11 cars and more spares than a flaming shop. Grrr, men and their hobbies. Told him I ain't paying for it for him to give me it back when he sells the rest, fell for that one before but just don't have the money at the mo.
One day I might be more organised...........

Well done Penny Pincher, well done Little Miss and Mr Penny Pincher too :) have you come to check up on me because I havn't done my meal plan yet ? :o I am working on it, honestly. Do you still have the cleaner to help your DP with things or have you given up with them now?

Right meal plan time, then the shopping list, must keep it low as possible to stay within target and have more left over for Xmas.

Penny Pincher - everything counts as long as you are moving in the right direction! Well done on your ebay hope it all sells.

Vanilla - what a nightmare! You cannot take £5 out of cash machines so if it is £75 it must have been taken out at a branch if it is cash. Have you notified your bank?

I've done quite a lot of swishing and swiping today as I've not been near the pc til now.I've done the 2 loads of washing that had accumalated since yesterday  ironed the bits that came out of the drier straight away and cleared the kitchen up again..Toilets have been deep cleaned again today as have the floors in them..Not looking too bad still considering the tribe are all home
  • how contagious is conjunctivitis??? It has spread to charlie's 2nd eye, and i am sat here with stinging eyes at the minute. I hope it is because i am tired, and not me having it too. He was also sick before bed, but it was because he started having a coughing fit mid bottle and the whole lot re-appeared. HE wasn't bothered though, he just wanted to carry on drinking.

I still have a little bit of energy so i think i will try and do a bit of school work but then not be too late to bed. Don't want to be too wiped out tomorrow.

lil-me, sounds like your little one has been energetic to say the least.

vanilla i would look through your stuff again to see if you have any receipts and then like lil-me says, let them know straight away on Monday morning. Pain in the backside, but the soonest said the soonest sorted.

Boring telly tonight so i will just potter. Think i will ring sister now and then back up child care is sorted at least. That is one less thing to do tomorrow.

oh, boots have triple points on online spends at the moment, but i will have a look for a code too.

    Night all. See you tomorrow.

    hello all

michelle - i think it's pretty contagious to be honest.

we had a nice day with OH's parents. went to show them the church, the hotel where we're having the reception, had nice mexican lunch (i was good and stuck to salad, with OH's encouragement that i would regret it if not on the scales on monday that then i'd be mad with myself) and then went to get OH and his dad measured for their suits. that was interesting in itself, OH doesn't understand why he can't turn up at the wedding in his combats and fleece  and got in a strop when we had to wait a few minutes to get them measured as there were a few people around. of course when the lady came round he was sweetness and light and he looked gorgeous in his brown suit, waistcoat etc... :) and though he says he's taking it off straight after the service i think he'll be fine....

went for a quick walk on the windy seafront then and just chilled after that. i still have a sermon to write for tomorrow and absolutely zero inspiration....will chill for a bit and do it when OH is watching match of the day later.

having said all that he was v sweet this morning and put the car boot/charity shop stuff in the car boot for me and then hoovered :) the estate agent phoned and he's going to look at a couple of places monday night so fingers crossed. it would just be good to have it sorted. been looking at travel costs and my commute is gonna be £42 a week ish if i go via zone 1, which is likely to save me at least half an hour each way so is probably worth it. we should be fine for money though and think we might get rid of the car at least temporarily and see how we get on, as i need to change mine anyway.

    anyway, i'm waffling...hope everyone is ok. :D
