    welcome newbies
hugs to everyone whether you need them or not!

AnW'sMum I was mighty relieved to see yor post was beginning to wonder where you were

sexymouse - I saw your post "I finished school ...." does this mean you got a job ?? Oh just read on and assume you are doing supply - is it going ok ?

lil_me nightmare with the car, hope you are ok

michelle - hope you are coping ok with pregnancy tiredness

taimai_d - re spellings on fridge - when my brother flew over once, easyjet lost his bags so he spelt on our fridge "Easyjet are b0ll0cks". A few weeks later it was still there and this student who was studying my son from a development perspective took some photos of him eating - and then at the end of the year she gave me a copy of her report - with "Easyjet are b0ll0cks" in the background of one of the photos - that her tutor etc etc would have seen when marking her report. I was mortified!

in general - that thanking thing for which posts you've read is a great idea think I might try that from now!

Dusty - good luck for exam

rach - good luck with the property hunting

LJD1 - as others have said I would ignore him and also change your number for peace of mind, Pain in the backside but better than dealing with some loser annoying you

Sorry, post is now done. Internet was playing up when I came home, grrr, which mean't I've had to wait until we got in to sort it.

Just trawling through the paperwork for the club, so tedious!

Rach - you could try Instore and Home Bargains, that is where I have managed to get them for my boys. DS2 has a dog one, DS1 has a shark both from Home Bargains.

Jjef, before removing the filters check with the maker to see if they are washable or they are ones where you replace every several months or so. Mine are washable, they go in the dishwasher :D easy peasy
One day I might be more organised...........

Well the governors meeting was not quorate so it has been rescheduled for the 3rd December. Seeing as Hubby was home with the children and the other parent governor who turned up had arranged for her mum to have her two we sneaked off and had a MASSIVE hot chocolate each and had a lovely hour just chatting about school and the children and her mum who fosters teenage girls with babies and does a FANTASTIC job of rehabilitating them.. it was really nice, I've not had such a lovely hour in AGES!!

The house isn't too much of a tip, I did most of todays list yesterday and hopefully will manage to get the bathrooms done tomorrow.

I have been roped into speaking to OFSTED on Thursday as the chair and vice chair are busy/ill and can't get in!! ... what do I SAY?????????? I've also been roped into the christmas fair thing being organised by the PTA .. don't ask.. I am just WEAK!! and couldn't say no!! lol I am bowing out of the stay and play on Friday morning too... I can't cope with doing that as well.

I have also managed somehow to get lumbered with the job of looking into a new climbing frame and funding for the works for the foundation stage..

Someone tell me how I manage to get myself into all this when we didn't have the meeting and only 4 others were there!!!

I do have a life somewhere..

I also managed to persuade the other parent governor who was ther enot to resign her post.. she is fabulous and has been in position for just a year but is going to live in Spain for 6 months next year and she thought because she wouldn't be able to attend meetings or had children in the school she had to resign.. I said no!! Don't you can stay on just send apologies to the meetings and all wil be fine.. I also said we should refuse the apologies sent by a community governor who hasn't attended 1 meeting in the 18 months she has been in the post.. I had a bolshy moment.. but I'll have her out!! lol

    Right.. uniforms and bed..

Hugs LJD1 - I'd certainly keep a log and notify the police - also get the number blocked with your mobile co - I think they also investigate malicious calls/texts so certainly worth speaking to them.

JillD - pleased to hear you're back on top of things - I know how hard it can be - there's 20 months between my 2 and I breastfed DD until she was 1 - she had her last feed on her 1st birthday, following day I found out I was pregnant again:rolleyes: - then fed DS until he was over 2! Make sure you don't overdo things and get some time to yourself:D

pigpen - when are you going to learn to say no? I don't know how you manage to fit everything in as well as look after all your kids!

:santa2: to everyone else - just thought I'd be a bit Christmassy - not long now you know!

Right I'm going to get something done before I start getting ready for work.

Hope everyone has a good day

I am going for level 3 all week as its my daughters birthday party (at home) on Friday, so I want it tidy for when all the nosy parents come round!
Doing parties is something I just dont enjoy, but dd has been so good and was so desperate for a bear making / stuffing party, that in a relaxed moment I agreed!!!

So today is master bedroom, and all downstairs doors, walk dogs, and go to school to watch a display of some projects completed by the class. So I had better make a good early start.

I'm off out today :D Weather is awful though so we'll have to see where I end up (whether its just sitting off in my mates or whether we go out somewhere):D

Right, off to chase DD into gear. Will catch up with the lists tonight

Will start with yesterdays list and try and get todays done too.
((hugs)) to all that need them, its dark and wet here today. Yuk.
I need to start thinking about Xmas a bit more, i think it may creep up on me again! I have all of DD bar the stocking fillers, and i have my brothers but have nothing for hubby yet, i asked him what he wanted and he said a spanner:rotfl: Apparently he needs one for work:confused: Not really what i had in mind...
