I decided that if I got dressed and ate breakfast before I flew, that I would put it off, so I hoovered everywhere, and then had breakfast, and then did the rest of my flying. Need to get dressed now, as I need to leave for work at 12 and must eat lunch before I go. I hope my roll will have defrosted by the time I come to eat lunch - forgot to take it out of the freezer til 10am!Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

Well done Vanilla
I daren't post before pics
Since I tiled our kitchen floor it is much improved but is still loads of cr*p on the surfaces. You have done a fab job.
Right my visitor has been and goen, now to parcel up and post ebay stuff, then nip to argos for the stuff I have reserved.
Need a snack and a :coffee: first though, anyone joining me?Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -
Morning all
Well done Vanilla
Hope you feel OK today lil_me.
One load of washing draped round the house.
Damp wiped living room - lots of catprints with all this wet weather. Vacuumed right through downstairs and vacuumed stairs.
Dog has had her hair cut today and she looks beautiful. She always looks beautiful to me.
I do the same as sexymouse with the thanking. It shows me where I got to reading the posts, and it acknowledges everybody. I like to feel acknowledged so I expect others do too.0 -
I should move. Two loads from WM need drying.
yes, then I can have a nice :coffee:
Will check on DS2 while I'm up.
And then sort through christmas stuff and write a list of what I have for the kids and what I have still to get.0 -
Good morning everyone (just!)
First of all - huge hugs to lil_me - I hope you're not as shaky today - what a horrible experience for you.
And well done Vanilla - what a transformation!
You are all such a Godsend! I am SOOOO proud of myself.
Look what I did yesterday:
6am Swished and swiped bathroom
Went to work for 11.5 hours
Came in: made a pot of tea, put a load in the washing machine and put dinner on
Vacuum dining room and kitchen while dinner was cooking :j
DH washed up dinner as usual - but thenMOPPED THE KITCHEN FLOOR
as I said I was going to do it after dinner!! ( I think I need scraping off the floor!)
This allowed me to get on with some other stuff, so I put DD's futon away, and helped her unpack her bags.
Re-read the mortgage guide, and called for a quote (left a message), and filled in paperwork for solicitor - the only gap is the mortgage provider, so I'll complete that bit when it's sorted.
Hung up washing on clothes horse.
The only thing on my list I didn't manage was the internet shop.
Tonight I'm off to choir after I've got in so, here's today's plan:
6am swish/swipe bathroom - done - yay!
Put towels in w/m and put out clean towels - done!
Work 11.5 hours
When I get home: Tumble towels
Make dinner
Vacuum hall and lounge (level 1)
Choir
Menu plan
Internet shop
This may be too much - it depends on how the singing lasts - I'm not sure yet as it's the first one.
I hope you all have a grand day - I'm feeling very positive!
rumbly x0 -
Thanks everyone
,i'm so plesed with myself
Tiait wouldn't be the first time for rude words in this house, espically when me and oh aren't speaking.
Right just had lunch, money ready for coal and now onto livingroom. Damn cooker keeps throwing the trip everytime i turn on a certain ring.2 now broke and 2 left.
DD and DS2 both seem abit better and of course where full off beans when MIL was up, always the way.
Right me thinks a :coffee: is needed to warm me up, it's sooo cold.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
