    Sorry, been on conference calls all morning. 
    It was sent by VCS, I have heard nothing from the courts, should I call to make sure?
    Im not worried about costs to be honest, im just glad its over - I won :)

    Calling is prudent. VCS et al have form for "forgetting" to let the court know.

    It would be nice later this  month or so you could pop back to the forum ...  the new draft CoP for private parking is put out for public comments.......  Members of the public will be asked to pass on their comments .... it will help the cause .. and you never know stop people like your good self from being ensnared ...
