Remind us, what's the stage? Do you have a hearing date? Has the court asked if you want a hearing?

Sorry, I had a hearing date planned for the beginning of April but received an email stating that it had been vacated.
I then received a letter from the court - General Form of Judgement or Order
It said -  the parties are to consider whether they can reach an agreement on some or all of the matters in issue between them, if we can they should agree the terms of an order and submit a copy signed by all parties for the courts approval within 14 days of the service of this order.
If the parties are not able to agree, they are to consider whether matters which remain in issue between them can be determined on paper. if they agree they can, they are to write to the court confirming that agreement enclosing copies of any written submissions they wish to rely upon within 21 days. The court will then determine the matters in issue on paper unless it considers that is not possible contrary to the overriding objective to do so.
Secondly, they are to consider whether the matters which remain in issue can be determined by telephone
Thirdly whether it can be dealt with by video link

This is the same as more than one thread we've already replied on today.

Please read today's threads to find it.  I have literally just read the exact same thing and we've answered, but I can't recall which poster and have no time to trawl though the threads all over again.

Thanks for coming back to me, unfortunately, I cant find the thread and I have had a look through all your responses.
I will contact the court and make them aware that I have offered VCS a Drop Hands offer and not received a response.
Do I need to send my witness statement or shall I just send the notification of no response?
    Thanks again

If CM says it is there, it is there, keep looking.  Do not the court guidance notes tell you where to send the WS?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

In your drop hands offer did you ask them for their legal authority to add £60 ?
A non reply from VCS is dangerous for them.
