may i ask if there is anything wrong with the basic free office and outlook ?
will they just open up on the desktop or will i have to keep signing in to microsoft office to access them ?( i keep getting service unavailable when i tap on any of the homescreen boxes for office, outlook, word, excel etc), do i have to download them ? thank you.
editing to add that i don't use the calender on the pc, or budgeting tools or the such. just to be able to write letters for printing off or emailing,0 -

That's because you don't read what I send to you. I gave you the name of a member via Private Message, for you to request a key if available.

Why?You'll always be able to open and read documents for free, but can only create and edit them for free on a device with a screen smaller than 10.1 inches. That means you can edit Word documents from a smartphone or small tablet, but if you're on a larger tablet, laptop, or desktop PC you can only view them.
Stop this now.Dragging this out unnecessarily.
