Looks like you can request a cash card with their eISA & Easy ISA, eg:

"A cash card can be requested or the account can be linked to an existing Santander card"

My 123 EISA came with a cash card. I didn’t request it, it just arrived. I just put it with all the other cards I don’t use in a locked drawer.

I have a current account (with card) and the e-isa (with card).

I got a new card yesterday it’s still visa.
