Cheapest TV out Hanspree 37" LCD

Well,I still haven't had the tv replaced by Hanspree,as they keep saying they're out of stock,so I've just fired off an e.mail to ClearanceBuys,telling them that I am rejecting the tv under the sale of goods act,and that I can also reject it under their T&C's.(10.5) :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I have also stated that my contract is with them,and NOT Hanspree,and they have an obligation under law to sort this problem out,as I haven't been able to use it since the day it was delivered. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I have been fair though,in giving them the option to replace it,and if this is not the case,then to refund my money in full without delay,in order that I may buy another tv elsewhere.
