Consolidating BOS & Halifax limits

Hello,
My mother has two Halifax credit cards and a new Bank of Scotland credit card. When she took out the second Halifax one, she was able to consolidate the limits on the two by transferring one across from the old one.
Since Halifax is part of BOS and all accounts show in each others internet banking, I was wondering whether they allow a consolidation of limits between BOS and Halifax cards? There is a lot of spare credit on the two Halifax cards which she wants to transfer to the new BOS due to its BT promotion.
Please no unserious replies as this is a genuine question.
Thanks.

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Doesn't look like they allow it across brands.
https://www.halifax.co.uk/creditcards/help-guidance/common-enquiries/?pagetabs=3#section41408153671945You can redistribute your credit limit between your two Halifax Credit Cards. This means that if you have credit available (i.e. you’ve not used your entire credit limit) on one of your credit cards, you can move a proportion of it across to your other credit card. You can redistribute your credit limit once every six months and you can move a minimum of £100 and up to a maximum of 90% of your available credit limit. There must also be an overall credit limit of £500 left on the original card.
BOS has the same wording too but with BOS replacing Halifax etc.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Budgeting & Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Credit File & Ratings and Energy boards.
