Time still seems to be flying by at the moment.

I received a payment for my streaming, so I made an op of £100, new mortgage amount is £41,100.

The boiler had a service this month, so that was £85 but all good with it still which is the main thing.

Wedding is now just over 3 weeks away. We are going to the venue on Tuesday to finalise numbers and pay for the food. Then the only things left to pay are my hair and make-up on the day and the dogs in kennels overnight.

Soon-to-be-step-son got his GCSE results today and all 11 were the equivalent of As, A*s or A**s so I sent him £50 as a reward for him to go treat himself and then told him to use his big brain to make lots of money as his evil step-mother would like a house by the seaside 😂

Mortgage Balance as of July 2025 £14,900.
Starting Mortgage Balance (June 2019) £72,000.
Aiming to be mortgage free by my 40th birthday, June 2026!

Thanks Jess and cheery, much appreciated 😃❤

Payday today, so £300 straight to savings to take me up to £2000 and £300 overpayment made to the mortgage to get down to £40,800. Another box ticked off the chart, woohoo! I will get under £40k by the end of this year, I am super determined now! 😃

We now have a 4 day weekend to look forward to. Tomorrow, we are going to meet a photographer at a local dog park who is going to do a photo shoot of the dogs (we got a voucher for a free photo shoot for Christmas from my parents) and he is also going to do our wedding photos, so we're going to have a chat about that as well. Two birds with one stone, as they say.
Then we have nothing planned until Tuesday when we go to the venue to sort out the final details.
This means plenty of time for streaming and hopefully making a bit of extra cash from that to put towards the mortgage. There's also a couple of new games that have just come out that I would like to buy. I can't stream gameplay if I have no games to play! 🙂
