Imp, so sorry to hear of your problems too sweetie, anytime you need to bend an ear gimme shout.
Yes i am incredibly lucky in having such a good friend nearby in hypno, someone who, even though she did not have to in anyway shape or form, took me under her wing after the move up here from kent and looked out for me and made sure I was OK. I can't thank her enough for the love and support she has given me. and that goes for others on this site to. Near or far anytime any one shouts you all come running to help and advise and that is such a special thing. anyway, getting soppy now, but at christmas i guess you have to share a little christmas love!!

Even bigger hugs coming your way...so sorry that he finds it necessary to call you that as its so unnecessay to be nasty on top of everything else. I suspect that he feels like he is the bovine one is transferring his feelings on to you but that doesent make it any easier to take
Good times with people who love you are definately a good idea as is the wine!! My current bottle of red is warming as we speak! No matter what we are here for you, supporting you all the way! Regardless of what happens dont stoop to his level - one thing that kept me going when I was newly single all thse years ago was that despite what was done to me I didnt retaliate and held my head high which made me realise in a deep way that I couldnt be that bad after all and I was then able to move on & start again and havent looked back since! Hang in there girl & let us know if we can do anything to help! Have you managed any running? Would be good for you to be able to escape and have some lovely head thinking freedom!

Thanks ISOM hon, currently half way down my first glass of rosonnay!! i.e I had half a glass of rose left and filled it up with a glass of chardonnay!! maybe we'll be sharing wine initiated posts later!! mind you after my last peformance after a few jars of plonk I think I shall refrain!! :-)
Watching SCD and oggling young matties lovely chest!! he he! (mind you I have a young one right now and look where it has got me!!! must change my view back towards the mature male!) I think you are right about a run, just not had time lately.
There is no excuse for being nasty and name calling, I just hope he can see from the look on my face when he says it just how much it hurts me. I think that says volumes, so much more than me stooping to his level and retaliating, but when I cry i'm being a wimp and need to toughen up!!! !!!!!!!!!
Anyway, he is off out for a drink later and I am going to do my mrs beaton bit, stay in and cook mince pies while consuming vino!
How has your day been hon?any good? xxxxdebt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -
Was just going to offer you a glass of wine but I see you've already sorted that
So sorry to hear he's being such a git, there's no need to be nasty when he's already done wrong! As for the lying - yes I think everyone tells white lies at times for what they think are the right reasons, but openly saying that he'll continue lying to stop you having a go at him, I just can't believe that attitude.
Anyway, you look after yourself!Very impressed by your mince pie cooking exploits.. I'm just doing the wine drinking bit! xx

Just wanted to send some hugs and so sorry you are having such a crappy day.
As several others have said don't rush into any decision yet although in all honesty it sounds like you may have already made that decision.

What a rubbish time P and what a rubbish time of year for it to happen. No idea what to advise as ultimately I believe you have to do what is right for you.
Lies and deceit are very difficult to deal with and trust is difficult to rebuild. It's clear though that the only way you can stay together is if he is honest with you about money. Why oh why is it ok to lie to you about "little" things like money and then expect to be bailed out month after monthYou have supported him financially over the last few months and did it because you love him, it's very sad if he cannot appreciate that and be grateful, and simply call you names in return. Other posters are right, he will be feeling a complete !!!! and that will be his defensiveness but it is not fair to hurt you more than he already has done.
You do need to make a decision but only you can make it. I know it's rubbish being alone over Christmas (cue me years ago, 3 months pregnant and sat with my M&D crying) but maybe you do need some time alone to think about what to do, the implications etc. Does he realise how close you are to walking away?
Sending you massive hugs - and no I'm not going to do the dodgy hug thing either - pm/text/gmail me if you need to.
