    HI fellas!!!

Hi Lemontree, eep to the govt contributions!!! How much spare time if any do you have right now? are there any talents you have that you can earn money from? let me know and i'll rack my (tiny) little brain!! if you need any help with the remo give me a shout, more than happy to help.

    Hi Pania
As to skills well i'm a crafter so i do make cards but don't seem to sell them as often to people and it was only ever on an ad hoc basis. I would like to do peoples accounts privately but don't have a clue how to go about it, which sounds so lame.

    Stupid question alert!
If i check my credit files etc will this affect me when i apply for a remortgage, it's due in March so will start looking in Jan.

Hope you're dad gets better soon and you get to give him a proper hug.

    Lem

Gosh, I turn my back for an hour or so and have loads of replies!! wooo!!:j
It has been a day of VERY hard work I can assure you squizz, in between dealing with moany customers and then spending hours with a client who then decided they didn't want to buy the house after all... I've been on MSE!!!! so loads of hard work being done:rotfl:
I have to raise the initial 100 within 28 days of th 25th of november:o
so i'll be ebaying me little socks off this week to try to get some of the money together, I'm pretty confident that I will be able to do it, esp as the advanced canine instructors course has been postponed as mic martin is abroad for a while so can use some of my money from that:D :j
Was going to start the running off in earnest tonight but am absolutely knackered so off to bed shortly and I will be off and addem tomorrow evening:o

Thanks for your messages re the accident lunar and seawyn, didn't want to wreck my positive vibe, just give a bit of history behind why I chose that charity. Really means alot to me to be able to do it, even though i think i must be stark staring bonkers!!!!:rotfl:

Lemontree if you make cards hon why not take some into your local florist? I have seen in numerous florists hand made cards for sale and as they are a little different are the ideal thing with a bunch of flowers. Can't hurt but ask?
Re the doing peoples accounts, provided obviously you are properly qualified how about getting some business cards made up and dropping them into some small local businesses? you may be suprised what you get back. :D

Thanks for the wishes to poor ol dad bless him, He will be fine, it'll just take a while for him to get back to his old self, he has a bit of an infection which is making him feel bleurgh but the anti-biotics are doing the biz and I hope to be able to give him a proper hug and continue the bridge building very soon.

LOL at the offer to checkout venues, a cracking excuse for a weekend away if ever i saw one:rotfl: :rotfl: Last thing i knew some were saying actually holding the meet on the day of the marathon, or at the beginning of april. There is a thread on it by squirrel29, i'll see if i can find it and give it a bump.
Right off to have a look at some other diaries, taxi thanks for posting hon, nice to hear from you. xxx:D :D:D

sorry Lemontree, checking your own credit rating won't result in it damaging your record, however more than 2 or 3 mortgage checks may well do so, Some lenders won't leave a "footprint" on your record so make sure your advisor uses these as and where possible. xxx
