Well, Not fab but not awful would be fair to say, we are all safe for 3 - 5 months atleast, Time ot be able to get things in order and either make a damn good impression to the new bosses or to cut and run, either way. There aer benefits to both options and something i need to sit on for a few days to come to a conclusion.
Basically not sure if i want to work for a company that currently isn't viable and find the whole company being wound up in 6 months, or to work for employers that haven't employed me if i make sense.
But there are quite a few benefits with regards to business levels and benefits which i shall look at closely.
First thing to be addressed is my basic salary, cheeky wotnots had me on about 3k less than everyone else!!!!

So feeling much more positive right now, thanks so much for being there for me and for caring....
