    Hi Pania. :hello:

I haven't caught up on you diary for a couple of days - sorry to hear about the possibly redundancy. I hope your meeting goes well today. Would you get much redundancy pay?

When my hubby was made redundant we panicked a bit, but it has turned out for the better in the end. I hope the same goes for you.

Hiya snaggles!!! how are you doing?

It was a bit of a bolt out of the blue i have to say. :o The company was taken over on Monday night with not a word to anyone that it was going to happen. I don't think I would get much redundancy pay as not been there a year yet although i would push as hard as i could for it. we'll see what today brings but i've already heard a few bits that have made me slightly uncomfortable such as large broker fees being introduced etc. had a look ont internet last night and loads of positions around and available so even if i'm not in the firing line for redundancy I may intensify the search for something elsewhere. :T
Seems i've been taken for a bit of a ride re my basic salary to, all the positions i'm looking at quote a basic before commission atleast 4-6k higher than i am currently on. :o
So we shall see what today brings and what the proposals are. didn't sleep too well last night and feeling a bit sicky today but will keep an open mind, if it's positive then it's positive and i will run with it. :D
The special monitoring that i have been on with my MD is the main thing i am concerned about, the authorised company didn't want to take me on to start with, it was my MD who pushed and pushed for it and only got it on the stringent conditions that i have been working to.:o Are they going to take this opportunity to dispose of a perceived risk now my "protector" for want of a different term has left the company? apparently this is something that will take up to 12 weeks to sort out so therefore i know i have an income for that amount of time and as such will save save save until i know what the scenario is. plenty bingo for me!!!!!!!! wonder if i can ebay my mum......hmmmm;) :rotfl:
anyway best get ready or i will put myself straight in the firing line by being late!!!:D
Hope that you are ok to hon and that things are going well for you.
    Big hugs
    P
