OK, so i have been out for a drive, delivered some paperwork and cleared my head a little. Trying to view this as a "neutral" situation rather than negative. I have been looking elsewhere for a while and pending the results of the meeting tomorrow and whether it sounds positive or negative may well push me to find employment elsewhere or to hang out and see what the result is. going from moments of "ok, this maybe isn't going to be to bad" to moments of "flocking hell!!! aaargh!!!"
So no more overpayments to be made this month, and spending as little as possible to stockpile money should it be needed.... I still have all the money with mum and will add my bingo/amazon/ebay winnings to it.
I know that in March I will need about £400 out of it to get me through the month but if i can increase the amount i have there as much as possible then it will make me feel a bit better... and if my name is in the firing line then I am hoping that despite my credit report, I am still employable and should be able to find something whatever it is to get me through.
so a case of cai cera cera in the words of the song right now, just another hurdle to be jumped on this wonderful racecourse that is life. going to phone a client then have a bath and wash hair prior to gym later.
Hope everyone else is ok. xx

Thank GOd you are back - I was worried.

As you say - if it happens - it is an opportunity for you to find something else; you have not been particularly happy.

This is why I prefer to work for little firms - the big ones get contracts then lose them and peolple go from one big employer to another (I'm on the conveyancing side)

Take care and don't push too hard at the Gym.

thanks peb, this was meant to be a "family run" business that's suddenly been "taken over"... bit concerning. just a wait and see scenario at the mo,

won't push to hard.... promise......hard enough to get the frustration out but no weights today as neck still painful down one side.

Thanks so much for the kind thoughts. you are in the exact area of the company we use for our conveyancing... i'll pm you when i get home from the gym and see...;)

I'm fine, just a bit wobbly about what tomorrow will bring, not sure i'll sleep that well tonight!:o

Evening P, it will be a shock but it's good to see you're taking it so philosophically along with that. I've got no doubt you'll be ok whatever happens, and of course we're all here for you. Hope you had a good evening at the gym xx

Ok, well, back home again, Gym visited, didn't do to well as mind elsewhere, sitting on the sofa playing bingo and my mind is aaaallll over the place!!! i'm amazed you can't all hear the cogs whirring, isn't that often that thought goes on in this head of mine! Very tired so need to run the brain down sufficiently to be able to sleep, bingo would do the trick but there are 85 players in the room right now, defo not worth playing.
going to have a look at jobs on line... just in case.....
Big hugs to all and thanks for the kind messages, will elt you all know how tomorrow goes, you'll never know it could be good... xxx

oh my word what a surprise post - never expected you to say you may be made redundant. It's easy to say in hindsight that its the best thing that may happen but i understand the whole OMG! feeling. Fingers crossed the meeting goes how you want it to, how long have you worked there?
