Sorry to hear your tale of woe duchy - some people just dont get it do they eh! Special hugs for DS...been there & have the scars - it aint nice...having you as a loving constant will make ALL the difference though & xoh loss is your gain in a way...I'd go for the smart casual look myself - should we start a poll!!

Pah bloke from the LEA didn't even bother showing up despite the fact meeting date was delayed to accomadate HIM Grrr Didn't even ring to say he wasn't coming.
Still fruitfulish meeting but now generates others including an emergency LEA & Connexions one which they HAVE to attend. I hate the crap way LEAs go on when you are trying to fufil THEIR conditions -just to get what the law says special needs kids are entitled to.
Would have been helpful if DS hadn't lost it in class today and sworn at his teacher -who also happens to be the deputy head too <sigh>

Duchy! You poor thing - that is rotten, absolutely rotten for you, from exOH onwards. How can people do that to their children????? He doesn't deserve you, truly.

Pania - that was funny you checking out what Mr T and GP are.... I'm not sure what you mean when you said about the formula? Do you mean a formula to check what we're earning from matched betting (I only ask cos thats what I was prattling about yesterday, at the top of the page). Uh, formula. Wot formula???

I was at Mr T's too today - pleased with what I'd bought, and bought hand cream in Boots for points, not money, so treated myself to some fresh sliced mango, it was *soooo* nice.

Tee hee on the mango, the stuff I had today wasn't really ripe enough, but it was that or melon, and I wanted the chewier texture of mango.

Okay, I get it now on the formula - no, I don't need it, thank you, your memory serves you well as I *am* self employed. The earnings I was referring to were the ones from matched betting. Dear god, when we don't quite understand each other, isn't it long winded when its all got to be written down!! Ah well.

  • Terry wogan says you should eat mango naked, over a sink. Terry wogan has clearly never seen me naked and has no idea that my kitchen window can be overlooked by about 40 houses (if they used binoculars, but thats not the point!). If he was aware f either am sure he wouldnt have said it. Uness he was thinking abot 70 year old African women in the jungle at the time perhaps?!!

glad you're back here Pania, and sorry that you've been feeling so off it, but know what getting away to some real peace and quiet does and helpful it can be. Sorry that OH almost required the cricket bat again.

Well done on getting the cheque from Barclays and getting so close on your predictions. I have been unable to find where my money is going next month, so it seems like i have about £20 for the month for groceries and everything else and i need to get a train ticket to visit OH in two weeks which at the cheapest will be £18 so looks like i shall be losing weight with any luck. Guess it's back to the ebay sessions again.

Dunno about anyone else but I'm now shuddering at the thought of Terry Wogan naked eating a mango... I'm gonna have nightmares...

Hi P, glad the £100 is on its way!

I had problems with my phone yesterday so didn't pick up your message until quite late. The meeting to which you refer is tomorrow evening - I will, of course, let you know the outcome.

Hope you soon feel more "balanced" - you know where I am if you need x
