  • Thanks I will have a read, thought I had read every single one by now but I would remember your nifty username!

Mine was signed by Ismail Patelmama. Between mine and yours, I feel like I am stuck inside a Jim Davidson joke.

Maybe a quick note to say - the Cs "witness", who is not here today, made a generic, template complaint about the defence allegeledy being irrelevant, without saying in what way it is. Of course, this was a template insertion in the witness statement....

Like it. I am trying to focus, I am easily led by snide BS like that, and it's a failing of mine I need to temper. I was already thinking of printing off 1 or 2 other BWL WSs from this board, and use a fat red marker to box all the templated material! But I WON'T, I just twanged my wristworn elastic band again! I can play a higher game, and need to stay out of the gutter where BWL thrive. (Hey BWL, read that last sentence twice. xxx :D)

I got the same spiel in the WS from BWLegal in my case, and they still lost on the day with a DJ who cut all the waffle out and focused on the facts, evidence and laws. Their WS consisted of 64 paragraphs!

Ha I am reading your WS from BWL on your thread. Very different case in many ways, but I am astounded at the cookie cutting going on, yet they whine about that like children. It's hilarious!
I picked a random page (and just about any would have been the same) on yours and mine, then compared.

"The names have been changed to protect the innocent"! :rotfl:

    (Red = spot the difference)

Considering that all BWLegal cases are just a repeat of the last one and the cases in future, what else can they do but copy and paste from each other. Along with the copy and paste, they still contain the nonsensical stuff ?
  • I have read quite a few skellies on the board recently. They are longer than I expected and mine is getting long too. I need to fix that (i think). Their WS has produced SO many new issues, I am at risk of having far too many points for such a short hearing. But it would be nice to respond to them so the Judge is at least aware of them, or at very least, how MANY there are. There are some pretty suspicious looking documents in their exhibits with a hand-written date which doesn't match the date in their sworn statement, redacted figures and phrases (in their contract) which I think prejudice my case. Some terrible errors and possibly some bald-faced lies too. I started typing a skeleton the other day but it grew into more like another defence, with all new arguments!

I stopped and took a day away. I am thinking of printing what I've written just to use as my own notes for the hearing, and reduce each point to a 1-2 liner in the skeleton so that if the Judge picks one up, I can go further, but he/she doesn't have to read my detailed responses. Does this sound like a reasonable plan?
