But reviewing a a WS without knowing the context of the defence may not allow for any relevant critique. :)

PS - for the other question I suggest you start a new thread. However please note that we don't deal with Council PCNs here ... you're better off a Pepipoo for those.

HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:

Use the Forum Jump button (one near the top and one near the bottom of this page) to get back to the forum thread list. Just above the threads, on the right, is a heading along a line, next to forum tools, called 'Search this Forum'. Put your key word(s) in and change the default search from 'Show Threads' to 'Show Posts'.

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Please show us an updated version in a reply now, as this is on page 11 as I am looking at it and the last one you showed us had no numbering and you were talking about removing stuff or adding things.

So no links, please copy into a reply, the latest, numbered version, now.

I know it is! I never look back if it take me more than 30 seconds, as I get easily bored and ready for the next query, especially on a thread that's over 300 posts long.

So let's re-cap it here please, your current version.

Am I reading this right? It seems they are saying they don't have to provide ANY information in response to a SAR
No it doesn't. Second para tells you they are working on it.

Why would you want a SAR from BW Legal? The parking firm yes, but why their solicitors?

Oh, I thought they were refusing.
What, when it clearly says 'we expect to be able to give you a response by xx November'?

Sorry in advance for the lecture, but you really need to read things more carefully throughout this process, as I saw that in less than one second of skim reading that letter. With court claims you MUST read things properly.
I have had these letters before and they never send any information afterwards. I know this needs taking up with ICO.
I SAR'd them because they have a minimum of 7 claims in our name, so I thought it might be worth doing a SAR.
Worth doing a SAR to the PPC I say but I don't see the merit in a BW Legal SAR.
