Inheritance, Wills & Probate questions?

Both parents have now made a will?
Do they have neighbours?
In this fine weather, they could  go into the garden and sign the wills in the presence of the next door neighbours standing two metres away?

 They could then leave the wills outside the door for the neighbours to sign and date?
They could then pick them up once the neighbours have gone indoors.

Everyone gone paranoid on this virus so doubt neighbours will sign.

I see loads however you know or recommend a good one?

All of them saying digital signatures. Digital signatures are useless because its done online meaning no witnesses present.

Please advise.

There is no way around this; you will need two people to physically witness the signatures. Even in the current lockdown that's not an impossible task.

Lets give a unforeseen circumstance as an example:

If the 2 witnesses have passed away then how is a will is proved to be legally binding when there is a dispute?

It would be decided by a court, on the balance of probability. Did the witnesses exist? Could they have witnessed the signature at that time and in that place? Is there any other examples of the witness's signature?

Okay can anyone suggest a signature service that can be bought online not done online?
