Both parents have now made a will?
Do they have neighbours?
In this fine weather, they could go into the garden and sign the wills in the presence of the next door neighbours standing two metres away?
They could then leave the wills outside the door for the neighbours to sign and date?
They could then pick them up once the neighbours have gone indoors.0 -

Everyone gone paranoid on this virus so doubt neighbours will sign.

All of them saying digital signatures. Digital signatures are useless because its done online meaning no witnesses present.

If the 2 witnesses have passed away then how is a will is proved to be legally binding when there is a dispute?0 -
