You can ask but they will say that it contains "business information of a sensitive nature". You will/may see it at POPLA or in court

If you feel the need to do something just in case POPLA is required, either get your own photos of signage or 'visit' the car park on Google Earth and capture screenshots. It's not difficult to see how badly positioned and hard to read most of the signs are and the more you look at the images the easier it becomes to describe the specific issues.

Yes I have seen the car park and it's signs are terrible but I thought my Popla appeal would be more on the contract they have with landowner if any?

Throw the kitchen sink at them. You can never second guess what if anything will make for a successful POPLA complaint so do your very best with every relevant section.

As you wil lhave seen, from reading succesful POPLA appeals, you include EVERYTHING that is at all relevant
Yes your main point could be contract but you of course include signage.

Yes if you are at POPLA stage!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi
PE have rejected appeal as they would and no help from retailers or managing agent. PE have not given reasons for rejection and have not supplied details of contract so what is best way to proceed now
