Yes, of course. Write to as many of the stores as possible. You may find a manager that is as fed up with these parasites as we are.

Your best bet is a friendly store manager or the overall Retail Park Management who contracted with P/Eye.

Make a complaint, again an again, be tenacious. Get angry about this scam.

No writing letters...get back there in person brandishing a copy of the PCN, and if they say they can't do anything, ask who runs the place or Google for that email address and ring/email the Retail Park themselves.

So in my appeal to PE I just say I am the registered keeper and wish to appeal on what grounds ? . I plan on writing to CEO of Lidl the store managers tend to be useless

An appeal is the very last thing on the list - you have 28 days to do that if needed.

Don't go reading abut the stupid 14 day 'discount' or worrying when the Reminder arrives. Get on with the cancellation:

anyone knows who manages Rheidol retail park have tried googling it but not much info. Has anyone got anywhere complaining to the retail park management ?

No, we say that's plan B. You have a whole 28 days to appeal.

they were also published over on pepipoo a few years ago in a thread you posted in, plus people like yourself and hoohoo posted info on 2 landowners, including Craft

and flopsy (slightly different username back then) posted on here about this car park and was told to dig out the information back then as well (so in their previous thread where they won at popla I believe)
