I can't see any PO accounts that would interest me via their website.

Why have people got accounts with them, taking into account the multitude of problems? Santander and Bank of Scotland do accounts paying 1.5% and they are sound with no problems.

Oh, they're just the job for some of us..
    .. wouldn't rely on them for day-to-day :)

It's easy enough to create DDs by using credit cards you've had for years for one or two transactions a month. I've accumulated about ten over the years with only a few being stoozes and spend now pay later.

Santanders account doesnt give you anywhere near a 1.5% return mind once you factor in the fees

Yes, well, if any of us can get by on 10 DDs we probably wouldn't need not need the PO either...
