It rained and was very windy first day and night, including while trying to get the tent up! However nothing leaked and the tent remained up so I was very impressed with my tent building skills 😁. Back home now and have family visiting as we are off to see Mary Poppins this afternoon. My son and I saw it in London about 2.5 years ago and said we would definitely see it again so we are. Thank goodness it’s payday tomorrow though with much shuffling of funds.SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; Sept 2025 £18,399.00 2025 OP £1703.13/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)5

Back to work and school today so fingers crossed back to a bit of normality. I’ve overpaid £105 to the mortgage today and done my spreadsheets. Funds took a battering due to family visit/days out rather than our little camping break; we know how to enjoy ourselves cheaply! Mary Poppins trip was cheap (I arranged) but then 2 further more pricey days followed ☹️. Nothing much else planned for June though so fingers crossed not too spendy. Ordered the dog food online today with TCB so that’s another thing done and will last until August as I ordered 2 large bays to get the free delivery. I need to get car breakdown and insurance this month but that’s a different pot so covered. Determined to keep food budget down as prices going up and up but available spends not. Meal plan in place until Thursday which is shopping day and gave some freezer meals planned along with a bit of baking so plenty to keep me busy 🙂SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; Sept 2025 £18,399.00 2025 OP £1703.13/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)3

Hello, things have been “difficult” over the past couple of months but hopefully I can get back on track with finances. School is back on Thursday at long last. My son is going to start cycling to school so I’m hoping the 4 miles a day will help with his health and he’s going on to pack ups which again should help health wise. I was putting £60 a month on his school lunch card but I’m sure I can give him better and more filling food for the same/cheaper amount. I’ve upped the monthly food budget and made a 4 week meal plan which includes everything so I don’t have to think about it. I had a week off last week and basically spent it cleaning. House does look better and I’m determined to keep on top of that too. The greyhound walks start again on Sunday which I’m looking forward to and then on Sunday evening we are going to an outdoor cinema showing of sing along Grease; we love that film and a good old sing 🎵. I’ve already warned my boy about budgets and food etc. Sunday nights tea is tofu nachos so we have decided to take the bits with us and have a nacho bowl there as we will be eating refreshments after the greyhound walk so won’t be starving. I’ve also decided to take a longer lunch on a Thursday and whizz round the supermarket then there’s no can I just have and the associated arguments. Hoping to get back onto doing prolific once he’s back at school 🤞SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; Sept 2025 £18,399.00 2025 OP £1703.13/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)4

Hopefully things will improve. We now have a social worker as I reached out for support (my son is adopted so his issues were caused by an insufficient pregnancy). They agreed the support he was getting from school wasn’t enough given he has an educational support statement. She is coming back on Wednesday as she has come up with ‘a bit of a plan” apparently 🤞SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; Sept 2025 £18,399.00 2025 OP £1703.13/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)5

We went on a greyhound walk yesterday and it was good for my MH to catch up with friends after the summer break. Yesterday evening we were at a Grease sing along I’d booked a while ago. After my son scoffed at me for packing blankets and coats into the car he was mighty grateful for them; again mum knows best 🤣. He wasn’t please I took food and told him I wasn’t buying anything but tough. Just been looking at this months things to pay for; tomorrow vets, next week hygienist, week after house insurance and best friends daughters 21st and then end of month first MOT is due. All of that is accounted for in various savings pots. I’ve stocked up on food in the freezer and cleaning stuff so there is about £150 left in grocery budget for rest of the month. I’ve put £30 in petrol and still got a good 3/4 tank left after yesterday’s travels so may not need the full remaining £30 I’ve allocated. Son back at school on Thursday which myself and Winston are mighty pleased about and he will be cycling this year (so free travel) and taking pack ups so cheaper food. I’m off to alter his new school trousers now and then maybe check my bank account and do a Tilly Tidy to the poor abandoned mortgage overpayment 🤷♀️SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; Sept 2025 £18,399.00 2025 OP £1703.13/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)6
