I got my new mortgage payment letter today; it’s reduced by £101.67 a month and that’s fixed until 31/12/22. My overpayment allowance until 31/10/21 is £4995 which is approx £415 a month. Phase two of the plan is well underway. Millie (the cat) definitely has a second home, I’ve told her we are in lockdown and second homes aren’t allowed 😂. She was out all night and came back about 7am. She certainly didn’t feel cold enough when I stroked her so I suspect she’d just been sent home.
