  • Everything went ok today, I lost it a bit but was helped by a kindly support worker. Just have to wait for the outcome now.

I got the chance to pick parents up and take them to the dentist, it was raining so they were grateful. I posted my abroad Christmas cards , and bought stamps for those that need posting.

Sorted my travel insurance tonight , yearly one £29.74.

12 days to go to little break before Christmas.

Thank you for my messages yesterday and today.

  • Another week gone , Christmas tree is up , helped by the GKs . Christmas cards posted , hope I remembered everyone.

I have one gift to buy and am stuck. This friend lost her husband earlier in the year and I was trying to think of an appropriate gift , if anyone has any ideas please comment.

Received news today that the event from last week was worth going through as it had brought the outcome we hoped for as a family.

I had an accident on Saturday, fell off a chair backwards and banged my head on the floor . I ended up with the mother of all headaches , that had only just felt better today. My back has a massive bruise on it, teach me to stand on chairs with slippers on.

My phone bill has decreased this month to £9 , sim only .

Sunday sees me flying off to Spain for 5 days , I have enough euros left over from when I went away 3 years ago:beer:.

I have friends arriving on Thursday evening to stay until Sunday, so a busy few days ahead for me.

This is such a busy time of year , and it is easy to overspend , but I am being mindful of every penny o spend.

    That's it for now.

  • That's great news that you got the result you wanted from your difficult experience :).

Sorry about your fall, that must have hurt :(.

I hope you enjoy your busy few days and especially Spain :).
