Very nice day out with friend , the sun shining is always welcomed. I paid for lunch as she drove £16.50 for 2. Bought a Christmas present £15.00. I have been looking for some coasters for my lounge I had a set and 2 broke, one is down the radiator and can't get it out. Anyway I found the same ones today so am very happy £12. . Also 3 books for £5 and 20 cards for a £1 to give to my DD for her to use for all the parties GS gets invited to . Spendy day , but all will be paid for out of different pots. My friend spent around £250 so I did very well. I tend to think every purchase through these days .
Walked over 12,000 steps as well which can't be bad.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1 -

The first of the busy weeks has passed. Wednesday was a day out , travelling around different parts of the business I work in. Very eye opening and I felt somewhat very lucky as to how my life has turned out , it made me appreciate it more.
Dad had one of his procedures and all went well, it just needs to heal now . He is seeing an oncologist on Friday for his next issue.
The weather has been so good this week, was able to get out and about with little people to parks and the like . Lunch was had out on Friday at a pub in a local marina watching the narrow boats go by.
Went to a 40th last night, I drove , to costly in a taxi spent £1.20 on 2 lime and sodas . I know how to live.
Spent an hour ironing , shopping done for £20.31 . I need petrol in the week. Money is quite tight this month as I need a new passport and driving licence .
Have cashed out £9.00 from PA today it will go to the cost of the passport .
Another busy week ahead, my car is in for a recall on Tuesday, I am hoping they valet it before I get it back , so I don't have to pay for the car wash ! Wednesday I have volunteering in the evening and Thursday is hair colour. My hair has grown very long this year for me , but I like being able to put it up so will leave the length until at least September.
Hope we all have a good week.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1 -
